Wagon Wheel
Ok remember in the previous post when I mentioned that I had gone on Doodle pantry... well of course I went shopping... well... they had a sale if you spent 6$ you got 30% off... and on top of it there's a wonderful freebie set with purchase. So just HAD to shop right?!?
I was actually looking for some masculine digis because I'm always out of inspiration for masculine cards. And my Father-in-laws b-day is coming up and I had no card for him. Actually it's at the end of next week so really need to mail it out this weekend if I want him to get it in time... So I found the perfect image for this card. And I got lazy... I used one of the 2 colored version. I also printed the other one for a later card.
And I followed this color inspiration
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:

For this card I used paper from MME - Dilly Dally. I followed another color inspiration to help me get this done. I used my large deckled rectangle for the cutting of the digi and the sentiment (also from the DDP set). I added some Robin's nest dew drops. The sentiment was edged with Brushed corduroy distress ink. I used my Tim Holtz distresser all around to give it a more roughed up look.
Here's a closer look at the image and the sentiment
To make this card I followed this sketch:
I had trouble because for some reason the sketch doesn't show up on my computer from the main page of the challenge...
And I followed this color inspiration
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
- easy-as-1-2-3-challenge-group - 1 sentiment, 2 DP and 3 embellishments (my 3 Robin's nest dew drops)
- Outlawz challenges - Sketch
- ibsic-52-our-last-challenge - Color inspiration -this is there last challenge :(
Ok I have one more on the way... for another freebie challenge that I had found through some blog friends!
