Fresh Brewed DT post - August 31st

Hello everyone!  I'm here to share with you my creation with the fabulous digi from Fresh Brewed Designs.

I'm feeling really nostalgic because this is the last post from my camping journal!!!  I had so much fun creating with digis in my journal this year!  I'm going to have to do it again next year... but that is sooooo far lol

Anyway here's my use of the super cute Peekaboo sunshine.  I thought it was perfect for my journal since I really really wanted some sun in our vacation!  So I was saying here that I really didn't want any clouds like it was showing in this picture...

And here's a closer look at the very cute digi colored with my copics.  I must have had good luck at the time because that week we had beautiful sunshine... I should have printed a few of these lol
I'm entering this journal page in the following challenges:

  1. Lady annes challenges - anything goes
  2. Deep ocean challenge - You are my sunshine - I went literal this time it was all about sunshine for our fabulous vacation ;o)
I hope that you will have liked how I have used this digi in a little journal to keep our memories of camping forever.  I forced the kids and my hubby to write in it every day... I figure eventually they will appreciate the memories that we kept this way lol.

Have a fabulous Saturday everyone!!!

Hugs

  4. Sometimes a project is so fun we hate it when it ends. I feel like that when reading a good book. I love that you used this image for your journal. It is perfect. It gives promise of another day. Thanks for sharing. Edwina Brown

  5. Don't worry, the way time seems to speed away your next camping trip will be here in no time. How about starting a journal to help you deal with the hassles of life at work. Something that reflects a bit of sunshine even when it is hard to find. Just a thought...
