Snowman with Squirrel - RSD

Hello!  It's time to share with you my make for the hosting of Sparkle and glitter a second page from my calendar project my youngest son's teacher.  He gave it to her yesterday... I have yet to find out if she liked it... Hope she did!  I'm always a bit scared giving homemade gifts even if they take forever to make!

Anyway,  there were some great images from RSD to use for it.  So the 2nd make that I'm sharing is for the month of January 2015 using a fab image from the zibbet store called Snowman with Squirrel.  I thought it was perfect for the cold month of January!!!  Perfect time to make snowman :)

It was so fun to color.  I followed the instructions from an animal coloring class that I took to make the little squirrel.  Pretty happy with the result

I used some papers from Peppermint Express by American Craft.  I used my grand label 1 from Spellbinder.  The snowflakes were done with my Elizabeth Die Snowflakes.  I put some pearls on the snowflakes.  I added the month done with my label maker.  The calendar comes from Michel zbinden

And here's a closer look at the image colored with my copics. I think the squirrel is looking quite fluffy :)  Sure helps that RSD images are so easy to color!

    This is spectacular, Vicky! Love your coloring on that cute squirrel. What a delightful image. Love your calendar page.

Hello everyone!  It's time for another challenge over at  Digi darlas !  This time it's about winter blues!  Yup I've got them by now.... just really really hate winter and looking forward to the warmth coming back. So for my card I used the digi Country star snowman.
